Our Return and Refund Policy

Once Author’s book is uploaded for eBook conversion, the initial formatting fees are non-refundable. However, fees for distribution and royalty packages shall be refunded within 10 business days in cases where Author terminates the publishing agreement prior to commencement of distribution step.
