eBook Distribution Packages
At Publish Green, we make eBook distribution really simple. Just choose from one of our three eBook distribution packages—that way you’ll get exactly what you want. No complicated process and no hassle. It’s that easy.
Do you want to sell your eBook online yourself, or would you rather have Publish Green take care of your eBook distribution? If Publish Green handles it for you, do you want us to sell your eBook on Amazon.com and the iBookstore, or do you want to expand your distribution channels and sell on Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com, Borders.com, the iBookstore and up to 27 other online retailers? The choice is yours.
Remember, you own everything we create for you, so you can choose to distribute on your own from the start or let us handle as much of the distribution as you'd like (you can cancel distribution, so no worries).
Global Distribution
Under Publish Green's Global eBook distribution plan, we will sell your eBook online through all of the major online retailers, including: Amazon.com, Apple's iBookstore, BarnesandNoble.com, Borders.com, eBooks.com, and Kobo.com.
With our Global eBook distribution package you also get distribution through up to 30 additional specialized and international eBook distributors. Acceptance of your eBook by these additional distributors may depend on genre and/or language.
Amazon and iBookstore Only
The Amazon and iBookstore distribution option includes the two major players in the game—Amazon.com and Apple's iBookstore. We'll take care of uploading your title, tracking your sales information, and managing your title data at both sales outlets. We'll also provide you with sales statements and quarterly royalty payments. This distribution option requires that you purchase either the Advanced or Premium formatting package (as Amazon requires a MOBI file, while the iBookstore requires an EPUB file).
Amazon Only
If you want eBook distribution but are only concerned with selling your book online at Amazon.com, this distribution package is for you. Once you've approved the eBook that we formatted for you, we will upload it to Amazon.com and handle all distribution aspects for you. We'll make sure your eBook is properly listed on Amazon.com and we'll handle all uploading and customer issues with Amazon for you.
Every quarter, you'll get paid your royalty amount (either 90% of the net or 100% of the net, depending on which royalty plan you're on).
You Distribute
We've taken care of the eBook conversion for you, and will provide you with whatever file formats are included in your formatting package. This option is ideal for the author who wants to set up his or her own accounts with Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com, Borders.com, and other wholesalers and retailers.
Since 90% royalties is a standard feature of our two other distribution options, most of our authors elect to have us take care of their distribution, allowing us to handle all of the file uploading and title management. Please note that once you self-distribute your eBook title, Publish Green is unable to offer distribution until you've removed the title from the databases of any retailers and/or wholesalers you listed it with.
